You are eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

The item has a stain, hole, or visible defect

The size differs from the one mentioned in our official size chart

You received a wrong item (different from your actual order)

To qualify for a refund:

All original tags must be attached

It must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your bank account or Easypaisa account.

Only first-time shrinkage complaints with proper washing care followed will be considered

Items returned without tags or packaging, or found used, will not be accepted

Customers are responsible for shipping charges (both return and resend)

🚚 How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
